Another 48 Hours Fest: Celebrating 50 Years of Outlaw Spirit

Fifty years ago, in 1975, the original 48 Hours in Atoka festival made history. With legends like Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Freddy Fender, David Allan Coe, and Don Williams taking the stage, music historians now credit that weekend as the birth of the Outlaw Country movement.

Now, in 2025, we honor that legacy with Another 48 Hours Fest—a full day of music, community, and celebration in Downtown Atoka. This free, all-ages festival will blend the rebellious roots of Outlaw Country with today’s rising stars and powerhouse performers.

This year’s lineup includes: Jairumiah Ford Band, Emily Hollingshed, Bo Phillips Band, Jacquie Roar, Josh Weathers, Jordan Rainer, and Jason Boland & The Stragglers.
